At Nurses Care Home Health, patient care is led by our skilled registered nurses (RN) and licensed practical nurses (LPN). RNs establishes appropriate care plans that follow physician’s orders and providing the best possible home life for our patients. They also educate the patient about their conditions and provide ongoing assessments and reports to physician and the patient.
Registered Speech Therapist provides an
effective speech program assisting patients in the mastering and comprehension of language. The enhance written, spoken, and non-verbal communication helps patients gain greater independence and improved quality of life.
Registered Physical Therapist work to help
patients regain physical function and improve range of motion. They assist and train the patient the use of wheelchairs, walkers, etc. and pain control.
Helps the patient and family deal with financial and social problems which interfere with the patient’s stability. The social worker can also assist the patient and families in coping with the emotional impact of illness or disability.
Registered Occupational Therapist helps the patient learn and perform the activities of daily living. Activities may include eating,
bathing, grooming and toileting to promote
his/ her independence.
May assist patients with his/ her daily activities such as: bathing and personal hygiene, some light housekeeping, assisting with any home exercise program observing and reporting changes in the patient’s condition and needs.
